- Booking data (name, phone, email): retained for 2 years after your last appointment, then deleted.
- Analytics data: retained per PostHog defaults (anonymized, no personal identifiers).

This website uses PostHog for analytics, which sets a first-party cookie to distinguish unique visitors. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
